PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy is intended to provide information about how and why Holmestrand badstuforening (HBF) collects and processes personal data. The chairman of the board is responsible for the processing of information collected and processed by HBF. The privacy policy in this document provides the information that the privacy regulations require us to provide in connection with our processing of your personal data. HB's processing of personal data is in accordance with the privacy regulations in force at any time.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Processing of personal data is not permitted unless there is a valid basis for processing. Such a basis for processing may, for example, be the consent of the data subject, a contract (conclusion of an agreement), law or that we as the controller have a "legitimate interest" that outweighs the data subject's right to privacy.

Our processing basis is primarily consent. When starting to process your personal data, we will always provide information about the basis for processing.

OUR USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect and process personal data in order to be able to keep in touch with and inform our audience. For example, provide good service and inform about our activities (marketing activities). Use of information in connection with marketing activities is based on consent, which you can change by contacting HBF.

The information we register is name, address, email address, telephone number, membership fee and member from date. We obtain the information from Vipps, which each individual registers themselves.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION – USE BY THIRD PARTIES

Registered personal information is treated confidentially by us and only those with a business need will have access to our personal records. As a general rule, we will not share personal information with anyone outside HBF.

Sharing personal data with third parties will be a processing of personal data that requires a legal basis for processing. Such a basis for processing will initially be consent from the data subject, so that you as a data subject will always be aware of our disclosure. Please note that in some contexts we will be obliged by law to disclose your personal data.

STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND DELETION

We will not share your personal information with others unless there is a legal basis for such disclosure. Examples of such a basis would typically be an agreement with you or a legal basis that requires us to disclose the information.

All processing of personal data that we carry out takes place within the EU/EEA area. HBF deletes your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, if you withdraw the consent on which the data is based or if you object to the processing and there are no more compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, our processing of your personal data will cease, but will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the consent was withdrawn.

CONTACT

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion (unless we are obliged to store the information), restriction of processing, and disclosure of your personal data (data portability). In addition, you can request us to terminate the processing of your personal data (for example, withdraw your consent). If you request us to exercise one or more of these rights, we will comply with the request, unless we are obliged to do otherwise, within one month of it being submitted.
